ABOUT US
Accommodation in the guesthouse is located in a quiet part of the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the park.
The entire building has been renovated. The rooms have wide beds, comfortable mattresses, long duvets and are clean. All rooms are furnished in a modern, simple and tasteful way.
Access to the guesthouse is via a separate entrance, without a key, with a chip card .
The area includes parking for 11 cars.

Breakfast can be arranged upon arrival. We offer a buffet table and scrambled eggs and sausage on request.
Check-in
17:00 - 19:00, Arrival at other times is possible for an additional fee.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the restaurant.

There is free WiFi internet access throughout the property and in the rooms.
Parking
The pension area includes a parking lot for 11 cars.
Bicycle storage
Bicycles can be stored
in the garden house on the property of the guesthouse. Guarded by a camera.
Refrigerator
The FLOOR and APARTMENT rooms have a refrigerator in the room. The ATTIC rooms have a shared refrigerator in the hallway.
Hair dryer
All rooms are equipped with a hand-held hairdryer for drying hair.
Beds
The rooms FLOOR and APARTMENT have a double bed 180 cm wide.
The ATTIC rooms have 2 separate beds, 90 cm wide.
Kitchenette
A fully equipped shared kitchen is now available.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Check-in arrival from 17:00 - 19:00. Check-out departure until 10:00.
All areas of the guesthouse are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
We take into account allergy sufferers and therefore do not accommodate any animals.
In case of cancellation of the reservation after arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50%.
